Hailing from a lineage of Treviso farmers, Michele Pavanello has risen as a highly esteemed specialist in Italian cuisine, revered for his unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional Italian culinary experiences.
Having honed his culinary expertise across esteemed Italian restaurants globally, Michele is distinguished by his profound passion for Italian gastronomy and his meticulous attention to detail. Each dish on Otto Ristorante's menu seamlessly blends timeless Italian classics with innovative fine dining techniques, accentuating the vibrancy and freshness of the ingredients.

Paolo Zanin hospitality focused, dedicated to excellence and highly knowledgeable are just a few terms used to describe Paolo.
At his home his family home in the region of Liguria, Northern Italy, his family regularly hosted gatherings, where Paolo absorbed the importance of making people feel welcome. These two environments gave him strength of character and strong desire to create warm, inviting atmosphere where people could relax and enjoy themselves.
After graduation rom Arma Di Taggia hotel Institute in Italy, Paolo went on to build a focused career in hospitality, working in Germany, London, Dubai & Shanghai.
Paolo then made the move to Singapore, inspired by the city’s dinning culture & experience.
