Paolo Zanin, originally from Imperia, in Northern Italy, has over 20 years experience in fine dining restaurants. After working in the best restaurants around the world in 2008 he moved to Singapore. His passion and knowledge of wines and food, his dedication to give always the best service contribute to the great success of OTTO Ristorante. In 2010 his dream went through and he becomes one of the partners.
